To all PCV owners!!

All of you that are running a PCV on your 390:

  • Have you the part number 18-015 on the PCV??
  • Do you have the O2 optimizer?
  • Have you experienced any issues with the FI light?
  • Have you run it on Dyno or just downloaded a generic map?

The reason for all questions is that I get a FI code 22 from the optimizer and my PCV dealer claims that it can happen. But I have hard to belive that Dynojet is developing a product which causes a FI error.....

Please help me out!!

4. Custom map from Chad at KTMPerformance.com

No issues here.

I read that CEL code 22 may be gear position sensor.

4. No Dyno time. Downloaded maps from the Dynojet website.

I haven't put much time on this due to the snow and ice. The map I am using is for an Arrow pipe with stock airbox. It's already way better than it was before. No more jerky low speed part throttle issue. Drastic reduction of lean pop on deceleration. My exhaust is the GPR low pipe with a K&N filter. Once it warms up a bit I will do some map tweaking.

I could not find any instructions specific to a Duke, only RC. I recorded videos of my install but still need to edit before I post to YouTube for sharing.
