Any further reports on whether to wrap the headers or not? Mainly looking at reducing the heat onto the legs before summer starts.

Ok.. here is my answer to summer and potential overheating.. spal fan as it the oem indian made fan does nowhere near the spal 315cmf.. replaced the old problematic fan connectors new waterproof connectors. Dumped that stupid glycol coolant rubbish that does more damage good with water wetter.. I've tried engine ice and a few other products in the past, but water wetter just win by a long shot and doesn't eat the engine from inside out.. and lastly hose radiators., well they're more like heat sink rather the radiators.. oh.. almost forgot.. painted the main header pipe with heatproof ceramic pain so the radiator doesn't get cooked as much when sitting in traffic or red lights..

Worth a shot. I will be doing the same when mine is due for the second service - about 1600kms to go.
Yes it does in my case also. 1 bar cooler and smoother than 7100.
