The rain is fine if you have good waterproof gear, emphasis on good.

Safety wise, just don't touch painted lines or man hole covers on corners, increase your following distance and be smooth on the throttle. Otherwise it's fine, albeit boring and stink because you can't hoon it and there are no people (hot women) walking around checking out your shiny Duke haha.

Usually big bikers in malaysia rode 140~180km on highway as it is usually not occupied with too much cars. The North South Highway ... thats the place
all bikers travels from 1 state to the other states.

we're pretty much a dare davil ... yah u can also call us a no brainer at time

Ha ha ha .. my initial plan was to get a small touring bike ... just to ease my 1year old urge to go riding again after 12 years of bikeless ...

i stumble upon many below 1000cc bike and naked are in the trend now.... also i'm growing wiser (older)
so i can't bend on a superbike for long hours ... sure will be very taxing to the back ...

after thinking and test ride most of the bike available in my country .. i end up with a 390, instead of a 690R ... and
i promise to myself to ride as humane as possible as i'm no longer as nimble as in my teens days ...

but to my dismay ... and unfortunate ... now this 390 makes me feels like teens spirits again !

well the rest is history i haven't had a good sleep since i heard Akra on a duke 200 .... that Akra is my top of the list so to speak ... hahaha

i'm in need of speed ... HELP !!!

it really does take too much work, you really have to be dedicated to do it, same with people who go running outside in the rain. I rather take the car than having to ride in the rain.
