The transformation is complete. I have documented it on my blog at Project KTM 390 Adventure | DeelipMenezes.com

My Suggestion :
Keep the bike the way it is Except
1)Handel bar raiser's.
2)Better Gel Seat .
3)MRA Touring Windshield and handguards if possible.

Bikes:
KTM Duke 390
Hero Hunk 150
KTM Duke 200 (Sold)

Hi Deelip,

Nice work on Ratchet.
I was wondering if you could share the contact details of Babu Chari in Mapusa so I could get a skid plate made by him. My fabricator 'Chacha' in Poona passed away sadly.

The crash guard you ordered from Aliexpress isn't available anymore and the one's that are do not have sliders.
I was wondering if Babu could fabricate one for me with some modifications if he had yours to base his measurements off? I want the crash guard only for Leh, and need it to carry 2x 2L water bottles.

Have you tried the Ceat Secura and Vertigo Sport tires? I know they fit just fine on a D200.
Looking at Project KTM 390 Adventure | DeelipMenezes.com you've made a lot of modifications, did you not consider wire spoke rims? I feel the lightweight alloys on the D390 are asking to be bent off road.

I live in Poona but come down to Agonda often, do let me know and I'd be happy to buy the first round of drinks.
