I've been meaning to get a bluetooth for my helmet to link to my phone, but I have no interest in having an infotainment system on my bike. I am happy with my antique 2015 model.

 

I download the App but as i don't have the Duke to pair it to it doesn't help. But I wonder if my phone can bluetooth to both my helmet and the MC?

 

Typically any device can only pair to one other device via bluetooth at the same time, so no linking your phone to two wireless speakers (for stereo sound) or headphones.

 

Personally I don't see myself ever using it. I don't like the idea of listening to music (especially with earbuds) as it's really distracting and I'm too busy making sure I'm not hit by cagers not paying attention to what they're doing. The calls thing... well, there's no call I'll get that's so important that I *must* answer it while on the road. Besides, bluetooth is a clumsy protocol in general and I just can't be bothered dealing with it.

 

iPhone 6 Plus connects to both my helmet BT and KTM My Ride. As stated above, the handlebar controls the music player on the phone.
