Although 2 passengers up, is pretty common in these parts of the world, I never realised it also was in Greece.

I 've done a lot of 2 passenger riding with stock seats. My wife complains less than me, seems that the pilion is more comfortable than my seat, perhaps because driver's seat is not straight.

I believe also bike is more stable at high speeds but a lot less agile.

You shouldn't have a problem with 130kg. Mine has had that load and ran fine.
