Hope this helps: You can get these here which I believe are the same as the EU ones.

You may need a resistor as they are LED's, but they are super cheap $2 or less I would think

You can use any LED lights which fit. And if they are too fast then use resistor(s) parallel to the LEDs.
If the original light bulb has i.e. 5W then you need a resistor which dissipates 5W together with the LEDs.

I would prefer to have the OEM euro lights over aftermarket. Plug and play connectors and I know what I'm getting. A lot of these aftermarket lights aren't great quality.

You could just replace the bulbs with LEDS. That is what I did. They are bright as **** and no hyper blink as long as you replace both the front and back on one side. I would say just replace all 4 though they are cheap

The stock housings are ugly and huge. I like the look of the OEM LED lights.

I want to do this, too. I see a couple clones of the KTM Euro LEDs on Ebay and get tempted since US DOT must make us have the big honkin' standard indicators.

I had thought someone had paid the premium for the Euro OEM parts and found the connectors still did not fit, as if the Euro wiring harness was different. Didn't seem to be plug and play. See page 2 of this thread:

I was thinking of doing the clones and something like this since they would require resistors otherwise.

Resistors cost a couple of cents and are easy to install...
