I can't seem to find a supplier that sells the 16t with rubber cushions like the factory sprocket for
my 2022 bs6. All I can find are bare sprockets. Im in the US.

The 200 Duke OEM sprocket is 42T and fits the 390.

Do all of the years of the 200 have the same rear sprocket bolt pattern?

No, they do not. Earlier models have 4 bolts, later models have 6

I bought an aftermarket 200 rear sprocket and it had drillings for both 4 and 6 holes.

In Philippines it is easy to buy 42T rear sprocket 6 holes fit for Duke 390 2017 up model. There is a online store Shoppe Philippines a lot of seller. You can easily search what you want to buy for upgrade of your KTM Duke/RC 390. But I have a problem searching where I can buy 16T front sprocket of my Duke 390 2018 model.
