2016 Duke 390 Street Scrambler in Arizona dessert

So, after waiting and searching for over a year, I finally pulled the trigger and picked up this beauty! All mods were done before I purchased, so I am just learning but here's what I know: ProTaper bars, CompetitionWerks exhaust (maybe cat delete too, not sure yet), tail tidy/fender delete, front fender removed, Pirelli scorpion rally STR tires, and ECU piggyback (whatever that is, I’m still learning and will have follow-up questions coming soon).

Other upgrades include the levers, a skid plate, powerparts seat, and probably more that I don't even know yet. I just got this yesterday and the dealer knew very little about the history, so I am just learning about it, but I love these upgrades.

What other upgrades or changes would you recommend/suggest?

I am just getting back into motorcycles after a 20-year hiatus and am so excited and am grateful for the information that I can get from this Forum and community and hope to share what I can as well.
