So I have the KTM 690 Duke 2017, the temperature level on the screen is going stupid high until the point where its flashing. I noticed one of the coolant pipes had burst so of course replaced the pipe and re filled the coolant, still overheating. Next I realise the fan isn't kicking in so assumed this could be the issue and was advised by a mechanic to try the temp sensor on the radiator first, which still didn't fix the issue. The next point of call for me was the fan, replaced this today and I'm still having the same issue! Someone please tell me what is going on?? Thanks in advance!!

You need help from the dealer. If you have replaced the fan and still the fan not activating it must be the coolant temperature sensor failure. That sensor is cheap.
