Stock battery says charged, bike only clicking. In guessing it's done. What batteries are you guys using? Price? Upgraded cca or mah?

Oh yeah...2018 duke 390...all stock electrical.around 1200 miles. Many thanks, sorry if this a dead horse beating topic.

Changed both Dukes over to Li-Ion in 2015.
1x Magneti Marelli (the same size with a nice little feature, push button to show the charge status)
1x W-standard a LOT smaller as intended to fit my PT unit and OEM alarm/immobilizer)
Happy with both.

Anything else needed for li ion battery? Charging stuff?

I had good luck with motobat in my kawasaki....might go with them unless I go li ion. It was agm...

Had a Honda Dominator ( NX650 ) found and fitted same size battery with much higher cca rating than standard ( Varta ) after 12 months standing she fired right up . Battery was three years old when it did this .

Oh wait l just looked and you are in the USA
I would fit a lithium battery as you save 3kg in weight and although it’s not going to transform the bike, every little helps.
You will need to check that your maintenance charger can cope with the lithium battery, l had to buy a new charger.
