what would the story with this and warranty be? Any detrimental long term affects of increasing the top end of the rev band?

We have been tuning Duke 200 from 2010 since it's launch and developed map for duke 390 on it's launch. our Remapped bikes has travelled 1000's of km with tours from hottest to coldest parts of the country. Our bikes has have been in Races , Rallies, Competitions everywhere. There isn't any effect on warranty because map will be invisible to the service station.

Specs of Duke 200 after Remap:

-Rev limit - 13,000 rpm from 10,500 rpm
-Top speed - 167 km/hr from 135 km/hr
-Linear Power Delivery starts from 3000 rpm till 13000 rpm whereas in stock bike ------Power delivery starts from 6000 rpm till 9500 rpm.

Duke 390

-REV limit 13000 rpm
-Softer & steadier idling even on cold start
-Linear Power Delivery starts from 3000 rpm till 13000 rpm
-About 90% reduction in jerks which are felt during the lower Rev range
-About 50% reduction in vibrations while riding and even idling
-Bike is more powerful & smoother throughout the REV Range
-Big improvement in in-gear acceleration
-Certain gain in mileage

Do we have to post or ship our ECU to you? As I travel to India a lot - is it possible to visit you in Mumbai (?) and have it done in a few hours or over night?

I agree with what you say but his post says 15%

15% would equate to about 3-4bhp

Sorry guys have been out of this thread and posting after a long long time.
I will be sharing some new information here, but as for above mentioned questions we dont have a dyno for bike here, we tune both cars & bikes, but the bikes tuned here are tested by our team on tracks where gains in bhp are theoretical calculations.
And as tested by us, professional riders, and customers, the nature of bike changes drastically. And when it comes to warranty we provide a lifetime warranty for the map, and a policy trying not to leave any customer unsatisfied or else we refund the 100% amount of map if we don’t meet the facts mentioned.

We also have a video made on Duke 200 being tested on roller for speed but note the speed roller is limited to only 150 km/hr so any speed more than that cant be displayed.
