I've tried a 310 gs and it was incredibly smoother than my duke, especially the transmission, is it that noticeable on the 310 r too?

I tried both and both have less power and noticeably so.
I also didn't like the 'soft' front feel on them.

I’ve been looking for a ‘Dual Sport’ of some kind for a few months. Initially was looking for a KTM (?) 4-stroke Enduro. But realistically now after some thought - something a little less focused off-road; and useful on-road might be more ideal.

If the 310 GS was available to test ride locally I would have done so by now. The size, weight, low running costs, MPG etc etc all appeal. But for now I’m still looking; in general…..🤷‍♂️
