l wouldn't bother with the hand guards. l fitted the KTM ones on my 390 Duke and it made it less stable at higher speeds, it didn't actually cause a tank slapper but seemed to be on the verge of it.

Looks like the price has gone up like everything else with the COVID going on, but still @ $30 US is not bad IMO.

I have the ktm hand guards on the 390... i don’t find any difference with or without.... but some of my prior bikes that were dual sports (klr250, crf250, Wr250r, drz400sm turned 50hp beast) have had them so maybe it’s just me....

I slow-dropped my hand-guard equipped dual-sport bike
[not KTM]
on a sandy intersection, country road.
Bent right hand-guard & right foot-peg.
That's it.
Was able to ride off ...
mirror, handle-bar, throttle, brake-lever unscathed.
A little black-smithing
& good to go.
