Just bought this new Bike 3 days ago.. was told its a 2021... but suspect its a 2022... am i correct..

Definitively 2021, exhaust pipe goes to the side, not under the engine.

Agree with above , her is mine new in 2022, but a 2021 model, same colour as yours but note different exhaust routing . I have presented the photo for our Australian audience, ha ha .
