How do you like this windscreen? Does it provide good protection on highway speeds?
I haven't tried the highway yet, but I will be this coming Tuesday for the first service (600 miles/ 1000 km). Can't wait to let it rip!
After just one ride up to about 40 mph (70 kph) there is a noticeable difference.
I'm about 5'11 with shoes on, and I feel wind pressure only from the chest up. Before, it was from the waist up. Every bit of protection helps with temperatures dropping.
P.S. it looks better in person.

Installed some of the cheap ebay levers, which surprisingly feel better than the originals…Short Clutch Brake Levers for KTM Duke 125 200 390 Orange CNC Adjustable Pair | eBay

Like others mentioned, the brake lever was almost too easy to remove. When it came to the clutch lever, I was inches away from ripping it out until I remembered the little plastic peg that helps hold it in place…that little bugger has a great hiding spot under the clutch lever.

A lot happened today. Most of it good.

Daisy got her first service and…WOW! That little motor gets so much better the higher it revs.

I learned the power parts windscreen does its job pretty well on the highway; even though there were heavy crosswinds and traffic. Like I mentioned before, wind hits you from the chest up instead of the waist up.

I saw another Duke while waiting for the service. I'm not alone out there anymore! (I went to Motorcycle Mall in NJ, the only place that could get me a Duke).

I also learned that I turn invisible when I'm riding around. No one can see me or the bright orange.

ALWAYS REMEMBER; WE'RE ARE UTTERLY INVISIBLE AND NOT INVINCIBLE.

"Daisy" - love it. :)

Minuscule!..? Can you actually see what is behind?

Yes, its a convex mirror meant for bicycles.

Jeepers Boet, have you gone psychic or got a pair of eyes in the back of your helmet, those are on nano scale! Still not sure I am actually seeing them.
I do a lot of head checks due to a very dynamic riding style. Also, these are the widest point on my bike, so absolutely nothing to obscure them.

Bloody cute, and no more elbow obscuring the view I suppose, any vibration in the mirror view (more than usual I mean)?

No obstructions at all and its rubber mounted, so vibration damping is excellent. It wouldn't be for everyone though due to the small sight window, but it suits my riding style with frequent head checks. So I really use them to check further back than that and to scan during a head check.

"Dynamic riding style" Ho! Very good idea to have at least one of these at hand for when the stocker gets torn off. (Not a good idea to ride with a mirror missing.) That handguard thing with the orange plastic on it- any chances of a closer look at that?
Wanna go for a burnup?

Nope! I only got one molar left, (But I still got my prehensile incisors-haha.)
And wouldn't it be neat- if all the Toronto Duksters got together someplace downtown, for a 'ceremonial Saki toast?) This is If my replacement parts arrive before then. (I dumped the wretched thing- about 20 minutes aafter they delivered it. It landed on top of me. I was thinking: Sure glad this ain't no Harley Dresser! Haw!
As for YOU 'retrochick'- I already have some of your published stuff, (one of those is autographed by YOU? See Ya at the VRRA booth, at the 'International Bike Show? (If not before?)
