I'm trying to add a 12v-5v converter to the bike so i can power a heated vest I bought (would normally run off a 5V USB battery). I would like to connect to a switched line -- one that only works when the engine is running. Where can I find a wiring diagram or pinouts describing which pins do what in the connectors that you can find under the bike seat.

On the Adventure the power plugs are under the cover between the seat and the tail light next to the seat lock see page 217 of the owners manual The front ones are behind the headlight
one is switched by the key the other is always powered

On the Adventure, there is accessory power under the headlight. One switched and one not switched, and in the tail above the tail light. One switched and one not.
