I dont really know..... I will give them a call for sure tommorow... But I think that they will not give me any warranty because they wiill indicate that my fall and the damage to the level and the crash bar will somehow "damage the engine"

 

Have a nice day! The last two points indicate that you need to adjust the clutch. These symptoms indicate that there may be too much free play on the clutch lever. That is, when the lever is fully depressed, the clutch does not disengage completely and there remains a direct connection between the gearbox and the drive sprocket. Adjusting the clearance on the clutch lever is described in detail in the owner's manual

For the engine shutting off part I also had this issue and was sorted by simply switching to different feeling station as another friend of mine riding cb300 had the same issue and was sorted by switching pumps, so try it
