Can anyone tell me what this is called rat hv bitten it? I hv joined the wire but can I get a new part?

Either the TMAP-sensor or the throttle position sensor.
A bit difficult to see.
You probably will need a completely new electric wire loom or take the old one out, strip the insulation where needed to replace these wires.
